We are an active congregation that believes
when a church is working properly, its vision is clear, the lost are found, the
believers can grow, the isolated are drawn in, the poor find compassion, hope is
restored and God is glorified. We invite you to browse our website to learn more

Spring Music with the Heidelberg Concert Choir
The Concert Choir and Chamber Singers, the premiere choral ensembles of Heidelberg University’s School of Music and Theatre, will perform a concert here at Paradise as a precursor to their annual spring tour in May. We hope you will be able to join us on Thursday, May 12 at 7:00 p.m. in the sanctuary. The concert theme of “Sun, Moon, and Stars” is under the direction of Dr. Greg Ramsdell. This concert is free and open to the public. A free-will offering will be taken in order to offset the choir’s travel expenses.
New Paradise Pictorial Directory This Year
It’s time for a new Paradise UCC Pictorial Directory! A committee has been formed to get us off the ground. The photos will be scheduled for September 27th through October 1st. That gives everyone plenty of time to schedule for a time that suits you best. Tuesday through Friday is 2-9pm and Saturday October 1st will be 10am-5pm.
For those that are attending college in the fall we have a special surprise so you’re not left out! Wanda Emerick will be taking photos for a special page. There will also be room on that page for any service member that wants included. Isn’t that exciting!
We will begin scheduling soon. So, prepare to schedule early to get your favorite time slot and contact Wanda Emerick for college and U.S. service photo shoots!

ANNUAL RUMMAGE SALE!
I know it's hard to believe, but spring REALLY is just around the corner and while we're having these last gloomy days of February and March it's a good time to "clean out" and "get rid of" stuff you haven't worn or used in a good long while and donate it to the annual church rummage sale. The sale will be held Thursday, Friday & Saturday, May 26th, 27th & 28th. Volunteers will be needed for set-up, sale days and clean-up. All donations may be brought to the church and placed on the stage. If you are unable to bring your donations, please call Linda Betz (330-875-1539) or Sally Baker (330-875-3880) and we will make arrangements to pick them up. Your donations and help are needed to make this annual sale a success!
